The house is supplied with water by means of water intake directly from the mountain and a hydrophobic system. On the roof of the house, there are solar collectors for heating water.

The heating of the property is solved with a built-in local heating system, which is powered by a wood-fired boiler. There is a pellet boiler for heating the tavern.
The property also has three-phase electricity.

The floors are terracotta and wooden.

The village of Slaveyno is located in a mountainous area - the Prespa section of the Central Rhodopes. It is located along the river Malka Arda. Near the village is the Prespa peak - 2001 m, and the "Prespa" hut. On the territory of the village there are historical places - the chapel "St. Duh", and the areas of Hajdushki Polyani, Inoglovo, Balitsko, and Bakhtyaritsa.
