Furnishing prices depend on the size of the apartment.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• Buyers will need to register a company to own an apartment in Sea Garden - we will provide full assistence.
• All owners who rent out their apartments must pay an annual 10% rental income tax.

PAYMENT PLAN
• 2 000 EUR deposit when reserving the apartment (non-refundable)
• 10% first installment when signing preliminary contract (7 working days after sending the reservation fee)
• 90% second installment on signing of title deed.
