Corpus B: Vacation Club Silver Beach is located in the north part of the coast above the water-slide on area of 3 699 sq.m. Plot I-1493 in quarter 130, 131 on the plan of Byala. Corpus B is bounded with Corpus A on south, the parking lot on west, and with the path to the water-slide and the sea on east and north.

City of Byala - the "pearl" of the southern Bulgarian Coastline
City of Byala is located 59 km to the south of Varna is situated the health resort Byala, with a population of 2 300. In Ancient times it was known as a Hellenic colony, called Aspro. Proof to this are the ancient stone anchors, found on the seashore. They and some parts of Greek amphoraes date back to 6th century BC. There is a Roman fortress where are found many Greek and roman coins. These finds are exhibited in the centre of demonstration "White rocks" in Byala. Since the year 681 the settlement has been a part of the First Bulgarian state. Around the shore there is a system of fortification swells from these times.
Nowadays Byala is a modern town thanks to the wine- growing. The famous wine "Dimiat" is produced in this town.

Reservation & Agency Commission
You could reserve an apartment at Vacation Club Silver Beach immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2 000 Eur, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan. No company is needed to be set up in order to obtain a property at Vacation Club Silver Beach.

Payment plan
• 2000 Eur non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 90% of the price at signing of the preliminary contract (the amount of 2 000 Eur deposit will be deducted from this instalment)
• 10% of the price at signing of the title dee
