This is a bright, sunny, west-facing 2-bedroom apartment with good views, peaceful bedrooms and a private terrace.

In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has quadruple drop-locks for maximum security. In the lobby, too, is the entry phone for greeting your visitors, plus space for coats and storage, and a handy mirror.

Leading off the lobby is the living-room / dining area -- big windows with good views on two sides, and a door out to the terrace.

The living room has a big sofa, comfortable easy chairs, flat-panel TV, contemporary lighting, lots of space, and a stylish dining area. A smart wooden parquet floor stretches the length of the apartment.

The Italian-designed kitchen, comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, microwave, fridge, deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine. There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space to cook up a dream. There is even a coffee machine.
The kitchen also has a Bosch washer-drier.

The main bedroom has striking wallpaper and large windows looking out on to the trees and small stream gurgling below. Being at the rear of the building, this is an especially quiet room. There’s a stylish bed with bedside tables, plus a built-in wardrobe and shelves for storing your clothes.
