The Developer offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro/ sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.

The fee includes the following services:

• Ongoing development and maintenance of lawns and ornamental plants;

• Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure situations against damage;

• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary equipment and plumbing system;

• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of the common areas;

• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and preparing it for the winter;

• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common areas;

• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;

• Other services and activities that the company finds necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

In the construction of the complex were used only quality materials. The apartments are finished as follows:

• Common areas /walls, flooring etc/: floors - tiles, walls - paint, modern elevators, garden of 2.5 acres

• Type of doors: 5-chamber UPVC window frames

• Type of exterior and interior doors: front door of MDF with security lock, internal doors of MDF

• Type of insulation (external / internal): EPS 5 cm

• Kitchen and dining room: fitted cupboards, oven or microwave, 2 hotplates, refrigerator and sink, outlets for electricity and water in the kitchen

• Living room: walls painted with white latex paint, laminate with a thickness of 6 mm to 8 mm

• Bathroom: watertight doors; walls and floors: fully covered with ceramic tiles of bright colors. The ceilings are painted with waterproof white latex paint

• Bathroom with shower, faucet for hot and cold water, flush toilet, sink and faucet with cold and hot water, lighting, an electric boiler for hot water

• Air Conditioners: 1 air conditioning for each apartment, in the apartments with 2 bedrooms - 2 air conditioners

• Option for luxurious finishing of the apartments at an additional charge

• Installations for cable television, wireless internet, security system, fire alarm system

Sunny View Central complex is located in the best part of Sunny Beach resort, near two of the most beautiful beaches on the Balkan Peninsula - "Cacao Beach" and "Bedroom." At the same time the complex is set in a quiet and peaceful zone, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Within walking distance away are placed many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Sunny Beach is the most popular seaside resort in the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, being located 35 km from Bourgas airport. The beach zone is eight kilometers long and up to 60 meters wide, the sand is fine and the sea is calm and clean. The summer season in this area lasts from early May to late September.

The construction of Sunny View Central complex started in October 2010 and was completed in the end of 2012. The complex has Act 16 (permission for usage) since 19th March 2013.
