Unique houses with authentic winery cellar

SUPRIMMO offers authentic house built in 1780. It is located in the yard with a size of 1400 sq. m. The property has two buildings. The larger house has an area of about 150 sq. m. and was declared as a cultural monument in 1974. The smaller house is approximately 100 sq. m. Both houses are fully renovated with upgraded wooden structures, replaced roofs and stone installations. The big house has two floors. The first floor is made of stone. There are walls with a thickness of 70 cm, with a stone floor. There is a wineries with two premises with a size of 70 sq. m. and 30 sq. m. Wineries are equipped with tables, barrels, shelves for bottles of wine, an assortment of wines from all regions of the country, an old cauldron for brandy and a room for domestic sausages. Under the shed there is the ancient mill. The second floor consists of a large room with a fireplace, used as a living room, two rooms used as bedrooms, one of which is furnished in Venice style. The fourth room is called “female room” for spinning, weaving and more. All rooms are equipped and furnished with original antique furniture: couches, wine vessels, pitchers, chairs, coppers, generators, lanterns, rods, spindles, robin four iconostasis, one of which is over 300 years old, bagpipes, etc. There are three verandas / with sizes 30, 15 and 10 sq. m. / They are equipped with couches, rings, bells and etc. The second house is preserved in a typical ancient style from the outside, but inside it is fully renovated and offers all the modern amenities. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, hall, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway. The garden is divided into two parts. It is completely surrounded by a stone wall with two large monastery type gates. One part of the yard has stone slabs and the other is formed by lawns with cobbled paths. There is authentic cherry ball, stone oven, mill, wagon, old well and old motorcycle luggage from the early 20th century etc.
Village Bojentsi is a village and architectural reserve which is located in central northern Bulgaria. The village lies in the middle part of the Balkan Mountains, 15 km east of Gabrovo and just north of the Shipka Pass. It is noted for its well-preserved Bulgarian National Revival architecture and history, and it is a well-known tourist destination in the area.

The village of Bozhentsi was proclaimed an architectural and historical reserve in 1964 and it is part of UNESCO's cultural monuments. A Roman bridge lies east of the village and a forest path leading to Tryavna begins on the other side.
