The location is very attractive close to the beautiful and quiet village of Kosharitsa. The villa development is located within the developed mini-resort with numerous facilities and amenities for leisure and permanent residence. The resort has 6 pools, 2 restaurants, a grocery store, a sports center with gym, sauna and steam room, a playground and many other amenities.
The villa complex is situated on an area of 12,000 sq.m. and consists of 18 plots, each is envisaged for construction of a detached house with its own garden. Each plot comes with all communications and the construction can be started immediately. There are internal streets, control access with barriers and security guards. The first seven villas in Mediterranean style have been built.
At the wish of the client two or more plots can be merged into larger one. The construction of a villa can be performed either with money and organization of the buyer of the plot or by our development company Chobanov and Stoyanov Ltd. which is the owner of the plots, holiday development and the whole infrastructure.
Currently there are five house designs from 99 to 250 square meters. On request of the owner can be made any modifications of the existing designs. View several houses that we offer for construction and sell with land included. The construction of the villa is executed to “turn-key” stage for a period of 9 months.
Our architects could create entirely new designs of houses according to customer requirements. It is allowed construction of detached villas/houses with a maximum height of two floors on the offered plots, part of SUNSET VILLAS development.
The management of the complex is provided by our subsidiary company PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.BG Ltd. which offers year-round maintenance of the holiday development and units in it.
Each owner must pay an annual maintenance fee of 600 Euro which covers maintenance of the holiday development and ensuring its security.
