The apartment (total area of 52.04 sq.m. = 42.03 sq.m. living area and 10.01 sq.m. common parts) is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a south-western terrace of the living room and the bedroom.
