The hotel is operating and it is located amidst greenery on a plot of 2,300 sq.m. with a built-up area of 810 sq.m. and the total area of 3445 sq.m.

The hotel has 118 beds, divided into 36 double rooms (with the possibility for the use of 18 additional beds), 9 comfortable apartments can accommodate up to four people.

There is a classic restaurant with 120 seats, lobby bar with 35 seats and a panoramic bar with 80 seats, located on the highest floor of the building, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view.

The hotel offers a conference room with 90 seats, equipped with everything necessary for professional seminars and conferences, internet room and guarded parking and a spa centre with mineral water.

There is an elevator and ramps next to the stairs, significantly facilitate access and movement of disadvantaged people. The hotel complies with all requirements and standards. All rooms have balconies with beautiful views. The furnishing is very stylish in warm colors, which contributes to the cozy atmosphere.

All apartments are studio type - two large rooms, one with sofas and the other with a large, comfortable bedroom. The bathrooms have tubs.
