The 1st and 2nd-floor guestrooms are kept naturally cool by the double-layer thickness of the brick walls and the orientation of the rooms, capturing full-day shade and sea breezes. The 3rd-floor studios are an exception as they are equipped with air-conditioners, although it is rarely necessary to turn them on.   This lovely hotel is designed to maximize the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. There are 4 guestrooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor, and 2 luxury studios on the 3rd floor. Room service and free wireless internet are available to all guests. There is natural ventilation and insulation throughout and there are panoramic views of the sweeping blue arc of the sea, expanses of green meadows and parts of the town landscape itself, one of the best views in town.The Bar is very charming and is of unique design. It is 30 sqm and includes a kitchen, storage area and a restroom. It can seat 10 to 15 people and has access to the patio with grapevines and evergreens as a green shield from street. The upper deck has sea and village views and the bar on the street-side and hotel around the courtyard are situated so that they do not interfere with each other in terms of noise or people traffic.Bobby's Cafe is the cocktail bar which offers breakfast in the morning and a variety of exotic alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and desserts in the evening. After a hot day on the beach this is the perfect place to chill out whether at the cool bar with one-of-a-kind ambiance, under the grape vines at the outdoor patio amidst flowers and romantic lanterns or on the hammock and lounge furniture on the upstairs terrace, overlooking the sea and the town. The First Floor has 4 guestrooms each with a double and single bed, sleeping 2+1. Each room comes with a private bathroom, a small dressing area with a closet, TV, refrigerator and its own wooden deck with a sea view. There is an option for adding an extra bed or a baby crib. The rooms are airy and comfortable with tiled floors and light furniture in cheerful colours. The stunning sea view and the pretty garden below create an ideal setting for relaxation.The Second Floor has 2 guestrooms that are slightly larger. One has a double and a queen size bed, sleeping 2+2 while the other has a queen size and a single bed, sleeping 2+1. Each room comes with a private bathroom, a small dressing area with a closet, TV, refrigerator and its own wooden deck with a sea view. There is an option for adding an extra bed or a baby crib. All the rooms are airy and comfortable, with tiled floors and light furniture in cheerful colours. A porch swing provides the ideal spot to soak in the beauty and the quiet of the surroundings.The Third Floor has 2 spacious studios of contemporary design, light and airy and can each sleep 4. They are both fully furnished with king size beds, a day bed that can sleep 2, armchairs and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink and dining set for 4 people. There is air conditioning, designer lighting, wardrobes and designer bathrooms with jacuzzis for 2, separate shower and striking tile design. The studios have access to a huge deck, a perfect oasis that commands the most breathtaking and expansive sea view.The Owner\'s Suite is on 2 levels. Downstairs is the living room with an open plan kitchen that is as yet unfinished and upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is storage and a wood burning stove with radiators although you can also use the water from the solar panels for heating.The Basement has the laundry facilities, water heaters and plenty of storage.Outdoors the patio is on 3 levels.
