We offer for rent a detached two-storey house in the area of Kabakum. The house is located on a plot of 400 m². surrounded by a solid brick fence.

On a clean living area of 140 m². situated:

• First level (60 m²): spacious living room with modern solid wood kitchen, veranda with direct access to the beach, bathroom, fitted wardrobe, stairs to the second level;
  
• Second level (80 m²): two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, terrace with exceptional sea views.
  

The house is equipped with a heating / cooling system, central chiller system, convector system, solar panels and pellet fireplace.

Full equipment in the kitchen: oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV, vacuum cleaners (household and for the fireplace), utensils.

The house is located on the beach and has an exceptional sea view.

Pets are prohibited.

Prices:

2500 Euro per month for a 1-year contract (with 2-month rent as a deposit-damage, the price does not include costs for electricity, water, internet and TV and maintenance)
4000 Euro per month for the period from 15 May to 15 September (with 1 month rent as a deposit-damage, the price does not include costs for electricity, water, internet and TV and maintenance)
250 Euro per day provided a minimum of one week.

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties. The usual practice is to prepay one rent for the first month and to leave a guarantee deposit to the landlord to the amount of one month's rent.
