The villa offers a combination of 3 bedrooms, each of which is stylishly furnished with a double bed, sofas, wardrobe, dressing table and adjoining bathroom. The bedroom on the top floor is even equipped with an indoor jacuzzi. On the first floor are the other two spacious bedrooms - each with a double bed.

The spacious living room on the ground floor perfectly combines a fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area with 6 seats and comfortable sofas with plasma TV.

The living room leads directly to the veranda, where the private pool of the villa is located. The pool is 7 m long, 4 m wide and 2 m deep. For inexperienced swimmers, railings are provided along the entire length of the pool. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

The villa is air conditioned, the air conditioner is missing only in the living room, where it is cool enough and a fan is provided just in case. Satellite TV is only available in the living room. The house has three DVD players - in two of the bedrooms and in the living room, as well as with an alarm system.

Parking space for 2-3 cars on the street. The villa also offers a barbecue area, 6 pcs. deck chair and 2 pcs. umbrella.

Access to the villa: important - the last 800 m to the villa are on a steep, uneven and unpaved road, which is not suitable for sports cars.
