The house has a brick garage of about 20 square meters, with all the necessary electrical and ordinary tools in everyday life.

The villa has a plot of about 625 m².

In the yard there is a beautiful arch, on which are wrapped 10 roots of grapes, which provides shade for the car during the summer days. The yard is ennobled, with many fruit trees - paradise apple, two cherries, two figs, apple tree, pear. The whole site is equipped with automated irrigation.
