We present for sale a fully restored and partially furnished house in a village located on the "Devetashkoto plateau", at about 450 m. above sea level, 7 km. from the famous "Krushunski waterfalls".

- there is little construction waste in the yard;
- the outdoor fountain is currently just a pipe with a tap.

A cave located about a kilometer from the village is also extremely interesting.
The village has a shop, three bars/cafes, a town hall with an art gallery, a library, public internet access and a concert hall, a post office, a weekly doctor's office, tourist information, and a bus service.
Near waterfalls, a cave and dams. The settlement is 35 km from Pavlikeni and Sevlievo and 70 km from Veliko Tarnovo.
