The multi-family buildings are planned to be built from a reinforced concrete structure with a foundation slab and absorption at the underground level. An underground parking lot with a total of 25 garages of approximately 20 square meters is planned between the buildings. A total of 19 outdoor parking spaces will be built, of which 4 are for the disabled.

Each homeowner can own one garage and one parking space.

The buildings are on three levels, with the last level being an attic floor. Each floor contains 2 apartments.

The properties are designed with a small percentage of common parts. The apartments have perfect shapes. Each aspiration pipe works in an independent way, eliminating the problem of unwanted odors from the neighbors.

• Stairs and landings: floor - facing stone according to project; walls - a combination of putty and fiberglass, color by design; ceilings - hidden lighting; stairs - metal structure;
  
• elevator: four-seater ORONA;
  
• external vertical layout: by design, 70% vegetation of the plot.

Apartments:

• internal partitions, between apartments: 10 cm Wienerberger brick, stone wool 7 cm, 10 cm Wienerberger brick, stone/glass wool, one layer of plasterboard;
  
• between the rooms - one steel substructure, which consists of two layers of Knauf plasterboard on each side stone/glass wool for insulation;
  
• walls, ceilings - stone wool, plasterboard, putty;
  
• floor - sound insulation, cement screed;
  
• sanitary room: walls - plastered waterproofing on mesh, gypsum putty; ceilings - putty or raster ceilings, at the request of the client; floor – Sika waterproofing, noise insulation, screed for slopes, plastered waterproofing;
  
• entrance hall: walls, ceilings - gypsum putty; floor - sound insulation, cement screed;
  
• windows: ETEM aluminum panel joinery, light and highly resistant to atmospheric influences and operation, with a modern look and design, gray/anthracite color, warm spacer. The double-glazed windows are triple, made of external 4-season glass, medium-transparent and internal K-glass. The hardware is German, anthracite color;
  
• entrance doors: Solid 55, armored by design; internal doors - on openings, according to the project.

Heating

Three systems are provided, from which the customer chooses himself:

• of direct evaporation, type inverter multisplit air conditioners. The locations of external bodies are indicated on the drawings;
  
• air-water heat pump, the construction of the road, the connection of the pump is foreseen;
  
• gas, to each apartment, to install a boiler.
