The unique facade is perhaps the most recognizable element of the building - constructed from a specially treated steel alloy that patinas naturally over time and is the only one of its kind in the world with mobile elements. A concierge is available, as well as staff who take care of cleaning the apartments once a week.

The apartments are available for both short-term and long-term rentals, with a minimum rental period of one month. Underground parking spaces are also available, accessed by a car elevator, at a price of 200 euros per month excluding VAT.
