The windows are aluminum, with three-layer glazing and an interrupted thermal bridge. Powder-coated metal details such as railings, cornices, visors, pergolas, etc. are present.
The facades are clad with ventilated fiber cement boards in two shades of light gray, the color emphasizing the volume of the individual houses.
Domestic and storm water on the site will be fed into treatment plants.
A new single transformer substation is being constructed, located at the property line from the property's street regulation line, from which the new units will be powered.
