• 15% final payment not later than 7 days from receipt of Act 16

• 15% at the earlier of 4 months from signing date or 7 days from completion of third floor roof level
• 15% not later then 7 days from completion of roof level
• 15% not later then 7 days from completion of inside plastering
• 15% not later then 7 days from completion of outside plastering of the building
• 5% final payment not later than 7 days from receipt of Act 16

Option 3:
• 1% reservation fee
• 19% deposit on signing the preliminary contract
• 65% of the balance in 6 equal two monthly instalments
• 5% final payment not later than 7 days from receipt of Act 16

Option 4:
Individual payment schedule by arrangement at client request

Prices and Availability:
We are currently offering for sale the apartments and underground garages in the high-level zone, Blocks 4 & 5. Prices are constantly updated and are final, inclusive of VAT. The full price paid is written in the title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 3% on top of the purchase price. Buyers will need to budget separately for the optional costs of property management, if required. There are no hidden costs.
