Development land for sale near Sofia

This plot of land with size of 2,854 sq.m. is nicely located by the Pchelina reservoir, one of the famous fishing and holiday sites in the Pernik area, and, in the whole Sofia region. There are magnificent views towards the water, the surrounding hills and broad-leaved forests.
The access to the land is through a dirt road which is about 200 meters away from the asphalt. Electricity wires pass approximately 150 m. away from the plot.
The land is currently agricultural, however, due to the increasing investment interest in this very area, quite a few plots nearby have already been urbanized and there are plans to be built on.
