Edelweiss is a gorgeous, new development opposite the President’s Palace on the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, surrounded by greenery and opened in September 2009.

This is a large 2-bedroom rental apartment. It has been designed by our own team of designers. With 135sqm of space, high ceilings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's a wonderful place both for relaxing and entertaining.

The lobby leads into a spacious living room, with sofa, TV and access to your private balcony, which has views of the city below and the mountain. The kitchen / dining area is beautifully equipped with Bosch cooker, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is even a coffee machine.

There's a separate door leading to the sleeping area: the master bedroom, with plenty of wardrobe space, its own balcony, and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.

In the same corridor is the second bedroom which has two single beds and good wardrobe space - and which can double as a home-office. The side window in this room has one of the best views of the city.

Opposite is the second bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. By the front door you'll find the utility room, which is fitted out with washing machine and separate spin drier.

In the entrance lobby area is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has triple drop-locks for maximum security. In the lobby, too, is the video entry phone for greeting your visitors, plus space for coats and storage, and a handy mirror.

There are wooden parquet floors and tiled corridor areas through the apartment.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with settings you manage from each main room – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that c an get extremely hot. And of course it has full central-heating.

Wi-fi internet access comes pre-installed.

This apartment also comes with a small, independent, lockable storage room on one of the lower floors.

Edelweiss has a sauna room, for the exclusive use of our tenants.

There is a large elevator serving all apartments, wide stairways & entrance areas, and spacious underground parking with automatic light sensors, and direct access via both elevator and stairs to the living areas. The garage door can be operated by remote control from your car.

Outside is parking for visitors. Edelweiss has 24-hour security.
