The house is located in a village which is situated 18 km from the town of Svishtov with its famous economic university, 60 km from VelikoTarnovo and 50 km from the town of Pleven. The village is located not far from the banks of the Danube. The property is accessible during the whole year. The distance to the capital and the international airport is about 230 km. The village is situated near village of Ovcha Mogila - a famous Bulgarian center with curative mineral springs.
