Photovoltaic power station has been working since April 2012. It is located on the flat terrain in central northern Bulgaria, about 1 km from a residential place.

Description of business:
The plot has a total area of 50, 000 square meters and it is designed for photovoltaic power station. The panels are located at 22,000 sq.m. with a total capacity of 1.184 MW. The station is connected to a power line with a capacity of 20 kV through an underground cable.
There is opportunity and a right to build additional capacity of 2 MW on the remaining 28,000 sq.m. The main switchgear, in which the metering is made built in this part of the property and is scheduled for further inclusion.
The panels are from the world's leading manufacturer SunSystem (20-year warranty), and inverters - Fronius (10-year warranty). Iron structure comes with variable angle (15-35 °) vertically, which implements 5-7% higher yield compared with similar parks. Readjustment of the panels is done 4 times a year.

Good yields are also facilitated by the constant breeze that cooled panels, so that losses are minimized.
The advantage of this investment is that it has been already working successfully nearly for 4 years and the long-term return is guaranteed by a 20-year contract signed with the electric distribution company at a purchase price of produced electricity 485.60 BGN for 1 MW (excluding VAT).
The average annual production of electricity is about 1,650 MW.

The company has an existing loan at the amount of 1.25 million euro to Bulgarian Commercial Bank.
The average annual profit after deduction of expenses, taxes and fees is around 320,000 euro.
