The investor company offers professional property management of the complex by a registered company. All owners must pay a fee of 0.79 BGN/ sq.m per month with VAT for the maintenance service.

The fee includes the following services:
• Organization of the order within the Pearl complex by internal rules.
• Security of the site by organizing the necessary security arrangements to ensure the tranquility of the residents.
• Maintenance of the yard and the communications /electricity and water/ and removal of any damage.
• Maintenance of the water facilities.
• Maintenance of the cleanliness within the gated complex - entrance staircases, swimming pool, lawns, paths, recreation areas, children playground, and parking for cars.
• Maintenance of the green area of the complex and the trees.

During the construction of the complex have been used only high quality materials, namely:
• Construction of the building - solid frame, concrete slabs.
• Masonry - exterior walls /Greek bricks /; interior walls /Greek bricks/ plastered with stucco and aluminum strips.
• Facade - insulated with modern decorative /mineral/ plaster - water-resistant.
• Waterproofing of the entire building.
• Roof - reinforced, heat and hydro insulation, according to the modern requirements, covered with shingles.
• Construction of the outdoor plumbing - connected. Construction of the external power supply.
• Construction of the internal power supply system.
