All houses in Mountain Views Bistrica complex are offered for sale unfurnished. At customer's request they can be completed at "turnkey" level. Available are interior projects, in line with the overall style of the village, some with individual characteristics. This degree of completion can be upgraded in the event that the selected house is with a "basic package". The deadline for implementation of the interior projects is 6 months.

"Turnkey" level includes the "basic package" and the following amendments:
• Fully built floors – high-quality parquet flooring, terracotta, faience;
• Fully fitted kitchen – with built-in Italian wood furniture and electric appliances Bosch - refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor, washing machine;
• Fully fitted bathrooms/wc with Italian tiles;
• A fireplace;
• Suspended ceilings with special lighting.

The company can designed quality furniture packages for the different types of apartments that include everything that one might need for living and for renting. The basic packages include standard furniture made of laminated chipboard. There are also packages with optimized cost, achieved through clear vision of the furniture and the lack of extras and accessories, but without compromising with the quality of the materials used.

The prices of the "Standard Equipment" package vary according to the type and size of the apartment. The furniture package includes the necessary furniture and equipment, without the small household items that anyone can easily buy according to one’s own taste.

Mountain Views Bistritsa complex consists of 17 luxury detached houses with stunning views in four directions to Sofia, as well as Vitosha, Rila and Stara Planina mountains. The complex reminds of a nice little village, situated on the most beautiful hill of Bistrica and only a few minutes away from Park Vitosha. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxed thanks to the pleasure of living in the fresh air surrounded by beautiful nature with views towards the mountain slopes.

Houses Type D: General Characteristics
Built-up area - 407 sq.m; adjoining landscaped garden of 356 sq.m up to 585 sq.m for the different houses.
• The houses have four bedrooms, five bathrooms and office;
• The basement features fitness, and winery premises;
• There is a garage for two cars, closets and storage rooms;
• There is a place for a fireplace and terrace for barbecue.

All four types of houses are provided with two different stages of completion:
"Basic package" – plastered with Act 16;
"Turnkey" - a choice of two types of interior design projects.

During the construction works have been used brick walls Wieneberger, air conditioning systems GREE, that are decreasing by 2 to 3 times the consumption of electricity, UPVC joinery from the company Rehau and K glass.The heat isolation is 10 cm thick, which is significantly exceeding the regulatory requirements.
The warranty on the construction works is 3 years.

The price reflects the varying degrees of finish.

Reservation
Each of the houses in Mountain Views Bistritsa complex can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.
