The house has been constructed to the highest architectural and structural-physical standards. Its design combines modern architecture with traditional Greek Cyclades style. The property is composed of two separate housing units: The main house comprises kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest lavatory, parking garage, and storage room. On the ground floor is a fully autonomous studio flat with separate kitchen and bathroom. All floors are connected through a Kleemann elevator. In total, the property boasts 250m2 net floor area and multiple East-, South- and West-facing patios. A small swimming pool with sea view is scheduled.

The property was planned based on German planning guidelines, reinforcement plans, and statics norms; construction works were supervised by a German site engineer.
