Architecture:
Designers of Bissera Residence are creating a 26m-deep apartment building. There is a patio as well as an atrium that runs through the entire height of the block, which serve for natural lighting and ventilation.
The residential building is designed on 7 floors and the ground floor is intended for shops. Warehouses on all floors have also been designed.
The architectural design incorporates vertical elements whose role is to lengthen the facade and give it a more elegant appearance.
Clinker cladding has been used in the construction, as a more luxurious building material, preferred because of its high technical characteristics. In addition to the exceptional strength it possesses, this material offers a number of options for the facade. The clinker is a durable material and retains its vision and characteristics for many years. Its dense structure ensures low durability and resistance to external influences and in addition gives warmth and coziness.

Clinker bricks - cladding of German clinker slabs, glue and joint "Litokol" for laying plates;
"Baumit" or "Ceresit" outdoor mineral plaster, with a 10 cm thick EPS thermal insulation in three colors;
Cladding - Etalbond-type altemni composite panel "ETEM", in graphite color;

3. Flat roof (unusable) - thermal insulation - XPS (extruded polystyrene foam), vapor insulation, cemented slopes and waterproofing, filled with corrugated bituminous material in two sheets, the top layer with squeezing.

4. Roof - polymer shingles, thermal insulation, OSB, ventilated cavity, sloping slats, parodifuzal membrane, heat insulation mineral wool - 14 cm, steam insulation.

5. Vertical planning - completely finished by project - garden lighting, alleys, landscaping, automated irrigation system.

6. Flooring:
Cement putty for bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, sanitary units, corridor, entrance hall, closet;

7. Walls:
Porotherm 25 N + F exterior walls 25 cm type "Wienerberger" with "extra" thermal insulation from the outside;
Finishing of walls inside - machine breathable plaster type "Rofix";

Installation for drainage of air conditioners completely hidden. The connection to the sewerage of the building will be via siphons or S-connections. This prevents the penetration of sewage gases into the climatic bodies, and hence in the living quarters;

Distributor panels with heat meters in the common corridor, which provides direct access for the heat energy measurement for heating purposes by the collectors of the "Heating";
Pipe line from floor panel to apartment distribution boards of polyethylene pipe with aluminum insert, heat insulated with thermal insulation type "K-Flex" or other with similar indicators;
Supply pipelines between apartment distribution boards and polyethylene heaters with aluminum insert laid in the flooring in a protective corrugated pipe;
