The complete construction of the thermal insulation system of the facade is planned to be of the German company BAUMIT of the type "Open". The Open system is characterized by its high water-repellent properties and vapor permeability.

The common areas are issued 100% finished with paint on the walls, granite tiles on the stairwells and installed aluminum string railing. The railings on the balconies will be aluminum with triplex partitions.

The joinery is intended to be polyvinyl chloride / PVC / of the German company VEKA, 6-chamber profiles with quality of class "A" with a base width of 82 mm and a thickness of the outer walls of 3 mm, with a system for perfect energy balance SOFTLINE 82, guaranteeing MD system with three sealing areas and additional insulating inserts.

The entrance doors of the living quarters will be maintained in a modern style of the company SOLID. They include a metal frame with reinforced construction decorated with an interior frame with a rubber seal. Metal wing with reinforced hinges. The finish of the door is with a two-component varnish including a fire-resistant coating. The cash register has three spikes, additional protection against burglary and a spy.

The terraces are made on the lower side with the integrated thermal insulation system of Baumit, and on top with XPS + 10 cm thermal insulation, reinforced cement screed with a slope to the VIEGA siphon, waterproofing German sprinkling, leveling mosaic and granite for outdoor use with anti-coating.

The roof of the building, as well as the external terraces will be waterproofed by the Sika Igoflex system based on polyurethane and polyurea.
