Yulita Garbeva

Obstacles are not disadvantages but challenges instead.

Yulita Garbeva joined our team in the beginning of 2017. She graduated her secondary education at the High School “Brothers Miladinovi”, Sofia, specialty “Management of small and medium business”. She got her BA in “Bulgarian philology” from Sofia University and she graduated her Master’s degree “Marketing and advertisement” from the affiliate of Veliko Tarnovo University in Sofia. Yulita has excellent knowledge of English.

Yulita deals with marketing, sales and customer service of the project companies “Tidar Bulgaria” and through the years she worked as a personal associate at the National Assembly of Bulgaria. In LUXIMMO Yulita is responsible for sales and rentals of properties in the capital. Clients feel comfortable with her when choosing a home, because of her extreme law, technical and administrative experience which allows her to be of help for finding suitable property until the deal is closed, no matter how hard it is. She likes cases because they provoke her to be creative and to look for simple solution outside the box.

In her work she finds correctness and precision to be most important. The positive result and the satisfied client are most important to her. Yulita considers obstacles not as disadvantages but as challenges instead.

She likes spending time with her family. Yulita enjoys to spend time in nature with her kids, skiing and traveling. Her biggest passion is national dances, which are also her hobby. In her spare time, she likes decorating, arranging or handcrafting. She likes to read and to write short stories for her friend’s blog.
