Lachezar Enchev

Lachezar Enchev has been a junior associate in LUXIMMO's Plovdiv office since February 2024. Lachezar monitors the proper compliance with the law when selling or leasing real estate with the firm's clients. He prepares the necessary mediation contracts with the client and all preceding documentation and reports.

Lachezar graduated from Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" with a degree in Law in 2023.
"During my studies at the university I interned several times in law firms. Even before I finished my legal education I started working on a permanent contract in one of the largest and most successful notary offices in the city of Plovdiv. Plovdiv, where I gained my initial experience in the profession. It was there that I developed my skills in dealing with clients in a busy working environment.

Thanks to my work in the notary's office I gained experience in property law and in particular - experience with real estate, I also acquired good communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to use and apply my abilities hard to achieve the best possible results in my field".

Lachezar has a working knowledge of English and Russian, as well as a working knowledge of Turkish.

In his work, Lachezar follows the motto: "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work again." "I believe I have good communication and organizational skills, also the necessary applied knowledge in law and specifically its institutes, such as property, family and inheritance, which I apply in my work at LUXIMMO."

Regarding his free time, Lachezar says:
"I have a strong interest in cars and motoring in general and love to have fun with them. I play sports almost every day and try to spend time with my family and girlfriend. I listen to all kinds of music. In my free time I try to read the legal literature necessary for my professional development.
I hope to find my development in this profession in Luximmo."
