Dimitrina Ivanova joins the LUXIMMO team in 2024.
She completed her higher education at the UNWE, majoring in Defence and Security Economics and obtained her Master's degree in 1997.
In 1998 he specialized in "Management of a small construction company". The same year he obtained a qualification degree in training as a "Property Appraiser".
In 1999 he joined the advertising team of the magazine "New Home - Investment and Construction".
In 2000, together with Arch. Kalin Dikov teamed up to create and start publishing a magazine for architecture and construction - "Details", of which Ivanova is editor-in-chief and compiler. To this day, "Details" remains one of the best print publications in the field of architecture of established classical practices and innovation.
In 2012, life placed her in the role of parent to a student. As an active citizen and mother, she became a trustee and board member of the Friedrich Schiller Association at the 145th Simeon Radev Primary School in Sofia with intensive German language studies. Starting from the motive that she wanted her child to attend school with pleasure, on her initiative a team was created, headed by the then Chief Architect of Sofia - Arch. Petar Dikov and the school's principal - Mrs. Antoaneta Mihailova. A project for reconstruction on the Finnish model was prepared for the crumbling municipal school building and on the basis of it a building permit was issued. Following this project step by step, today the municipal school is one of the most desirable in Mladost district.
In 2019 Dimitrina Ivanova became a financial consultant at the life insurance company MetLife - Bulgaria. That same year she is now a team manager in the company. She continues her activity until today.
Ivanova uses English and German in her professional career.
She is highly motivated and extremely communicative.
Upon joining LUXIMMO, Dimitrina started as a real estate broker in one of the largest and most reputable luxury real estate agencies in Bulgaria.
In her free time Dimitrina devotes herself to her family, home and her love for literature, nature and music. She is strongly attached to her ancestral traditions and customs and this love drives her to restore, renovate and preserve the properties of her ancestors in Western Bulgaria, turning them into modern and cozy homes for family life and rest. Herbalism is her passion. Ivanova is distinguished by out-of-the-box thinking and innovation, and empathy for her fellow man is her most characteristic trait.
