Lora Asenova

Lora Asenova joined the LUXIMMO team at the end of 2024. She completed her secondary education at Aleko Konstantinov Vocational High School of Tourism, where she built a solid foundation in tourism and customer service. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv.

Lora has an excellent command of English, which enables her to work confidently with both Bulgarian and international clients.

As part of the LUXIMMO team, Lora specializes in the rental of high-end residential properties. She works closely with both property owners and tenants, striving to find the best possible solutions tailored to the specific needs, requirements, and expectations of each party.

A certified real estate broker by the National Real Estate Association, Lora continuously develops her professional knowledge and skills. In a relatively short period of time, she has succeeded in building strong relationships with her clients and establishing herself as a reliable and dedicated professional. For her, every successfully completed transaction and every recommendation from a satisfied client are the strongest proof of the quality of her work.

Among her greatest strengths are her sense of responsibility, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand people's needs. Lora believes that every successful transaction is the result of professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for the client. In her free time, she enjoys sports, traveling, and reading. She draws inspiration from nature and the time she spends with her loved ones, which helps her maintain a healthy balance between her professional and personal life.
