Desislava Novoselska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law, real estate, sales, and consulting. She combines legal expertise, business insight, and a strong client-focused approach, enabling her to deliver comprehensive solutions and a consistently high standard of service.

She completed her primary education at Kliment Ohridski Foreign Language School in Blagoevgrad with a Russian-language profile, and her secondary education at the National Humanities High School “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” in Blagoevgrad, specializing in history, literature, and English.

Desislava earned her Master’s degree in Law from South-West University “Neofit Rilski” in Blagoevgrad in 2011. She later completed a second Master’s degree in Legal Psychology (2014–2016) and, between 2017 and 2019, obtained a Master’s degree in Property Management from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).

She speaks English at an excellent level, Russian and French at a good level, and has introductory knowledge of Bulgarian sign language.

Her professional career spans several sectors, including positions as an attorney (member of the Blagoevgrad Bar Association since 2019), registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice (since 2023), founder and manager of a real estate agency, auditor at the Bulgarian National Audit Office, automotive sales manager, and insurance consultant. This diverse background provides her with a deep understanding of business processes, negotiations, client relations, and the legal aspects of property transactions.

Among her professional achievements are improving sales performance through enhanced client strategies, successfully training new employees to achieve strong results within short timeframes, optimizing client communication processes, and improving internal workflows to increase overall team efficiency.

Since April 10, 2025, Desislava has been part of the LUXIMMO team. In her role, she manages and motivates teams, ensures the achievement of strategic goals, organizes client meetings, and provides tailored solutions in real estate, insurance services, and legal consulting. She also supports colleagues with complex cases, analyzes sales performance, and works actively to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

She is recognized for her excellent communication skills, strong client orientation, and ability to build long-term professional relationships. Her approach is grounded in two key principles: collaboration and organization. She believes that effective results come from optimizing time, resources, and team strengths while maintaining clear structure and well-managed processes.

In her free time, Desislava enjoys traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and continuous learning. She is currently studying French and Bulgarian sign language. She maintains an active lifestyle, preferring outdoor sports such as cycling, jogging, and motorsports. Above all, she values the time spent with her family and especially with her son.
