Aylin Dahilova

Aylin Dahilova joined the LUXIMMO team in June 2025 as a Real Estate Consultant. She brings extensive managerial and administrative experience, combined with a legal background, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Aylin completed her primary and secondary education at Hristo Botev Secondary School in the town of Kubrat. From 1995 to 2000, she earned a degree in Law from Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”. Demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous professional development, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity – Cyber Investigations at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) in Sofia, which she began in 2023.

She speaks Bulgarian fluently, has a good command of Turkish and Russian, and an intermediate level of English.

Her professional career spans both the public and private sectors. Between 2001 and 2005, she served as an advisor in the office of the Minister of Agriculture. From 2006 to 2010, she held the position of Director of the Urban Development Activities Directorate at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. Between 2011 and 2014, she was Executive Director of a management company, followed by her role as Head of Cabinet to the Minister of Sports from 2014 to 2021. Since 2021, she has been working as Sales Manager at a construction company.

Among her most notable professional achievements are her role as Chief Coordinator of the “Shishecam Bulgaria” project and Team Leader of the international project “Early Flood Warning System,” implemented in cooperation with the French Government.

At LUXIMMO, Aylin works as a real estate broker and is recognized for her excellent communication skills, personalized approach, and strong sense of responsibility. Clients choose her for her care, professionalism, and ethical standards. She communicates clearly, explains each step of the process in detail, and approaches every transaction with confidence, transparency, and class.

In her personal time, Aylin enjoys mountains and books. She has climbed several peaks over 5,000 meters, including Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar in Nepal, Mount Ararat in Turkey, and Mount Uhuru on Kilimanjaro – the Roof of Africa.
