Ralitsa Velkova joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025 as a Real Estate Consultant. She combines extensive experience in sales with creative thinking, high adaptability, and a strong sense for people and detail.
Ralitsa graduated from the National School of Fine Arts “Ilia Petrov”, specializing in Painting. She continued her education at the University of Forestry and New Bulgarian University, where she studied Engineering Design and Painting. She has a basic to intermediate level of English.
Her professional career has been closely connected to sales since the age of 19 - a field in which she has developed consistently and successfully. She began her career as a sales representative in an international FMCG company and later moved into direct sales, where she received extensive training and gained valuable experience working with businesses across various industries.
She subsequently worked in the construction sector as a sales representative, offering aluminum construction solutions applicable across different areas of the building industry. For seven years, Ralitsa managed her own family business—a vehicle painting and technical services workshop—where she strengthened her managerial, organizational, and client-service skills.
Her professional background also includes experience in the automotive industry, where she worked as a Sales Expert for an established car brand. During the COVID period, she held a front-desk management role at a sports complex affiliated with an international school, later continuing as an Office Manager / Client Manager in a mobile services company. Prior to joining LUXIMMO, she worked in the construction sector, serving corporate clients as a Sales Specialist.
