Iva Valkanova joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025, where she is responsible for the marketing and advertising.
During her secondary education, Iva studied at the English Language High School “Prof. Ivan Apostolov,” specializing in Law. Between 2018 and 2022, she earned a BSc (Hons) in Management with Marketing from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
She speaks Bulgarian as her native language, English fluently, and has an intermediate level of German.
While completing her bachelor’s degree, Iva gained valuable practical experience through internship positions at international companies across various sectors, including industrial, technology, and hospitality. In the final year of her studies, she began working as a Digital Marketing Specialist for the industrial segment, where she contributed to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
After graduating, she continued her professional career in the hospitality industry as a Digital Marketing Specialist at a hotel within an international brand portfolio. In this role, she was responsible for the hotel’s digital presence, brand positioning, and overall marketing strategy. She also handled communication with the international franchise partner and actively participated in analyzing and optimizing operational inefficiencies, including negotiating contractual terms with external suppliers and partners.
At LUXIMMO, Iva applies her strategic mindset and analytical skills to the development and positioning of the Stonehard Premier corporate brand, combining strong marketing expertise with a keen sense of branding and attention to detail.
Outside of her professional work, Iva leads an active lifestyle. Her hobbies include alpine skiing, golf, ski touring, and yoga, which help her maintain balance, focus, and long-term motivation.
