Dragan Kolev is a professional with extensive international experience and in-depth knowledge in the fields of business and economics. His mission is to make the process of buying or selling property as efficient, clear, and seamless as possible, providing attentive and dedicated support to help each client find their dream home or a successful investment.

Dragan graduated from the Second English Language High School “Thomas Jefferson” and continued his education at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Business (2017–2021). He later completed his Master’s degree in Applied Economics (2021–2025) at the University of Vienna, Austria.

His professional experience includes work in international and corporate environments, with a strong focus on marketing, commercial representation, and the digitalization of business processes. His background includes:
• Marketing and commercial representation for a major importer of alcoholic beverages in Bulgaria
• Digitalization of supplier relationships within an international technology company
• Digitalization and optimization of procurement processes within a large industrial group in Vienna

Since 2025, Dragan has been part of the LUXIMMO team, where he applies his expertise in analyzing, understanding, and meeting clients’ needs in the real estate sector.
