Sergey Dombrovsky brings extensive international experience in management, sales, and people-oriented roles, which he successfully applies in the real estate sector.

He completed his primary and secondary education at School No. 25 in Sevastopol. Sergey earned his higher education degree from the European University of Finance, Information Systems, Management, and Business in Kyiv (1999–2004), specializing as an Economist.

Sergey speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish fluently, enabling him to communicate confidently with clients from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.

His professional career began in the tourism industry. From 2003 to 2014, he served as Deputy Director of the travel company Planeta Krym in Sevastopol. Between 2014 and 2018, he held the position of Head of Sales at an oil company in Poland. From 2018 to 2020, he led the Human Resources (HR) Department, and since 2020, he has been running his own HR company in Poland.

Among his professional achievements is his nine-month role in 2014 as a reporter covering events in Crimea, as well as the successful establishment and management of his own HR firm in Poland.

As a real estate professional, Sergey stands out for his excellent communication skills and natural ability to put people at ease. Clients choose him for his approachable manner, attentive listening, and commitment to offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
