Kristiyana Slavcheva has been part of the LUXIMMO team since 2025, where she works as a real estate broker with a focus on the Rentals Department.

She completed her primary education at “St. Kliment Ohridski” Secondary School in Varna and her secondary education at the Private Language High School “Prof. Ivan Apostolov” in Sofia. Kristiyana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EU Business School in Barcelona (2022–2025).

She speaks English at a high level and has an intermediate level of Spanish.

Kristiyana’s professional background includes entrepreneurial experience as the owner of an online store for luxury dog accessories — a business that helped her develop strong communication skills, discipline, responsibility, and a professional client-oriented approach. She also has experience as a host on platforms such as Booking and Airbnb, giving her in-depth insight into the needs of both property owners and tenants.

At LUXIMMO, Kristiyana stands out for her excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, punctuality, and strong sense of discipline. She believes in a personalized approach and the ability to adapt to different client profiles in order to meet their expectations with competence and professionalism.

In her free time, Kristiyana enjoys staying active through sports and hiking, traveling, and following the latest trends in interior design, which further inspire her work in real estate.
