Her professional career began in her hometown, where she gained her initial sales experience as a sales consultant in a company specializing in furniture production and retail. Two years later, she redirected her career toward real estate and in 2007 started working in an office in Sunny Beach. Since then, with only brief interruptions, her professional path has remained closely connected to the real estate industry.

Over the years, Radoslava has built strong expertise in client relations, with a particular focus on international clients, especially those of Russian origin. She is known for her strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment. Goal-oriented, positive, and motivated, she demonstrates flexibility and proven teamwork skills in a variety of professional situations.

Her professional activities include comprehensive client consulting, organizing and conducting property viewings, maintaining an up-to-date property database, negotiating and mediating between parties, preparing documentation, and supporting clients throughout the entire transaction process.
