Borislava Apostolova has been part of the LUXIMMO team since 2025, where she works as a legal expert specializing in property law and real estate.

She graduated with a degree in Law from Veliko Tarnovo University “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” in 1999 and later completed a Master’s degree in Germany in 2001. Since 2004, Borislava has been a registered attorney, with extensive professional experience working with banks, credit institutions, and real estate agencies. Her primary areas of expertise include property law and the legal support of real estate transactions.

Borislava has strong written proficiency in both German and English, enabling her to work confidently with legal documentation and international correspondence.

Throughout her career, she has developed in-depth expertise in legal analysis, transaction structuring, and safeguarding clients’ interests in complex real estate cases. At LUXIMMO, she provides reliable legal support, precision, and security at every stage of the process.

Her core professional principles are loyalty, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility. Her guiding motto is:
