Yuliya Koshel joined the LUXIMMO team in 2026 as a real estate broker.

She completed her primary and secondary education in the city of Melitopol, Ukraine. From 2004 to 2009, she earned her higher education degree from Melitopol State Pedagogical University, specializing in Practical Psychology.

Yuliya speaks Russian and Ukrainian fluently, has basic knowledge of Bulgarian, and uses English at an intermediate level.

Her professional background is strongly connected to sales and client relations. Between 2009 and 2016, she worked as a Sales Representative, and from 2016 to 2023 held the position of Sales Manager, achieving steady career growth and gaining extensive hands-on experience.

At LUXIMMO, Yuliya works as a real estate broker, where her key strength lies in sales and building trust-based relationships with clients. Although she is at an early stage of her career within the company, she approaches her work with high motivation, responsibility, and a strong drive for professional development.

Her core working principles are responsibility, honesty, empathy, sociability, and a friendly approach. Yuliya believes that professionalism and a human-centered attitude are essential for building successful and long-term partnerships.

In her free time, Yuliya enjoys sports, actively plays padel tennis, and values spending quality time with her family.
