Madlen Daskalova joined the LUXIMMO team in 2026 as a real estate consultant.

She completed her secondary education at “Tsar Ivan Asen II” Secondary School with a focus on French language studies and earned her higher education degree from the National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski,” specializing in field hockey.

After graduating from the Sports Academy, although her academic background is in sports, Madlen clearly recognized her strong interest in business and entrepreneurship and directed her professional path toward business communication, sales, and organization. Her first professional experience was in international trade, where she participated in B2B meetings and trade exhibitions, communicated with existing and potential partners, planned transportation processes, researched new products, and monitored order fulfillment.

She later developed strong administrative and organizational skills as a technical secretary in the energy sector within an association in the nuclear industry. In this role, she was responsible for correspondence, meeting organization, translation during negotiations, document preparation, archive management, and supporting the organization of events and conferences.

At the same time, Madlen actively enhanced her communication skills and deepened her interest in real estate — a field in which she has always envisioned herself professionally. She worked with clients during property viewings, created marketing content for real estate listings, and participated in the processes of finalizing transactions.

Building on her experience across diverse business environments, she founded her own women’s sportswear brand for yoga and Pilates — LOA, which she has been successfully developing for the past two years. Within the brand, she manages the entire business cycle, from collection creation, positioning, and marketing to advertising, logistics, inventory management, sales, and partnerships with studios.

In dynamic environments with intensive client communication, Madlen stands out for her high sense of responsibility, strong social energy, ability to execute tasks quickly, and creative approach to problem-solving. Her personal motto is: “There are no problems — only solutions.”

In her personal life, she increasingly values the time spent with her family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys fitness training, skiing, and karting, practices gardening, and has interests in fine arts, music, and business.
