Nevena Mincheva is a real estate consultant at LUXIMMO. She combines experience in entrepreneurship, client relations, and administrative processes with an academic background in marketing.

She completed her primary and secondary education at Stoyan Mihaylovski School. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Plovdiv University, as well as higher education from Sheffield University, Plovdiv branch.

Her professional path includes 8 years of running her own business — two stores for organic and healthy foods. This experience helped her develop a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills with different types of clients, organizational abilities, and a practical approach to every situation.

For 3 years, she worked in a private company, where she was responsible for preparing documentation for public procurement procedures. In this role, she developed precision, structured thinking, and attention to detail — qualities that she also applies in her work in real estate.

Nevena has been working in the real estate sector for a year and a half and joined LUXIMMO on February 9, 2026, as a real estate broker. In her work, she consults clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, approaching every client with attention, responsibility, and a personal attitude.

Among her key strengths are communication skills, empathy, organization, discipline, and responsiveness. For her, every time she earns a client’s trust and helps them fulfil their dream, it is a personal professional success.
