Ivan Rumenov Kostov joined the LUXIMMO team as a Real Estate Consultant in March 2026.

He has a solid academic background and extensive practical experience in sales, team management, and customer service. He completed his secondary education at Vasil Levski Secondary School in Krumovgrad, with a humanities profile. In 2015, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv, followed by a master’s degree in Economics from the University of National and World Economy in 2016.

His professional journey began in 2012, when he launched his own business in the distribution of soft drinks. He later gained valuable experience in sales and customer relations at Vivacom, before continuing his career development in the United Kingdom. There, he built substantial experience in last mile delivery operations with the largest subcontractor of Amazon Logistics, progressing through several management levels — from manager to Regional Operations Manager. In 2019, he was recognized with an award for Regional Manager of the Year. After returning to Bulgaria in 2024, he took on the role of General Manager in a transport company, and today he has chosen to embrace a new professional challenge in the field of real estate.

At LUXIMMO, Ivan Kostov specializes in property sales and rentals, assisting clients throughout the entire process — from the initial consultation to the successful completion of the transaction. He stands out with strong communication skills, the ability to understand clients’ needs in depth, and a talent for identifying the most suitable solutions. His key strengths include integrity, responsiveness, personal commitment, and attention to detail.

Ivan believes that trust is built through actions, consistency, and results. In his work, he is guided by the principles of transparency, professionalism, and responsibility, always placing the client’s best interest first.
