Nikola Apostolov is a real estate consultant at LUXIMMO. He combines practical experience in the real estate sector with academic education in Real Estate and Investments at the University of Economics – Varna.

As a former athlete and national vice-champion in boxing and water polo, he has developed strong personal discipline, a competitive spirit, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility towards his commitments. He brings these qualities into his professional work, where he relies on precision, active communication, and consistency.

His professional experience includes previous work as a real estate broker. In this role, he was involved in client consulting, conducting property viewings, actively attracting new listings, managing a database, negotiating, and preparing the necessary documentation. Working in a dynamic environment helped him develop quick decision-making skills, strong organizational abilities, and a results-oriented approach.

In addition, he has experience as a beach lifeguard at Golden Sands resort, where he further developed a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work under pressure, and communication skills with foreign tourists.

He completed his secondary vocational education in computer animation in Varna. He is currently continuing his studies as a bachelor’s student in Real Estate and Investments at the University of Economics – Varna.

Among his key strengths are strong communication skills, teamwork, computer literacy, and experience in customer service. He speaks English.
