Tax assessment certificate pursuant to Art. 264. para. 1 of the TIPC (Tax and Insurance Procedure Code). The application for tax assessment of the property is submitted in Varna Municipality and is issued within two weeks. In order to apply for a property tax assessment, you need to submit a standard template. ID document (if necessary, a copy of a notarized power of attorney), a copy of the documents certifying ownership.
