We are glad to present this boutique guest house with four double rooms and an authentic Bulgarian tavern, located in the center of Samokov.

The property has two floors with the following distribution - on the first floor there is a tavern. Fully equipped in traditional Bulgarian style with seventy seats inside and fifty in the yard. It has a bar and a professional kitchen with all necessary appliances, white and black appliances, according to the categorization of two stars for such an object. All furniture in the tavern is made of solid wood, some are handmade, and the interior is entirely in Renaissance style.

The second floor consists of four double rooms, furnished in traditional Bulgarian style, with custom-made furniture, each with bathroom and toilet, balcony, and air conditioning of the highest class.

In the basement of the building, there are rooms adapted for a spa center, with an approved project, which includes rooms for a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam bath, respectively with changing rooms, bathrooms with toilets, and 3 more rooms adapted for storage.

The whole building is fully gasified, with constant hot water and heating. All documents and categorizations for the restaurant and guest house are available.

The yard has an area of 750 square meters, tables and benches are made of solid wood, there is a well, a large backpack, a shed, an outdoor bar, a fountain, and a beautifully arranged flower garden.
