Its wood is knot-free, smooth, elastic and moisture-resistant, does not crack, does not absorb water. In practice, it does not rot, so it is used for the production of saunas, garden furniture, flooring, shipping industry and prefabricated houses. Wood eaters do not attack it and it is extremely fire resistant.
The flowers are honey-bearing and contribute to the development of beekeeping. In the flowering period (early spring) - paulownia attracts bees with its strong, pleasant aroma. They are also used in teas and syrups for diseases of the liver and bile, as well as for the treatment of bronchitis.
