Three types of two-story houses are available.
*You currently have a choice of house type, location in the complex and payment method.

• Variant-1 - without a garage, with a built-up area of 150 m².;
  
• Option-2 - with garage, 171 m².
  

The properties are designed with distribution:

• living area - about 45 m² on the first floor, storage, bathroom and toilet;
  
• on the second level - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace.
  

The houses have small private yards (ideal lot).
