Payment scheme with a small initial installment and a large final installment of Act 16 (1600 Euro/m2 without VAT):

• 20% of the price of the property minus the amount of the deposit when a building permit is issued + the construction site is officially opened with the construction line and level determined, and a protocol drawn up indicating the regulatory and level benchmarks;
  
• 80% of the price of the property upon issuance of Act 16 and commissioning of the building, and acquisition of ownership of the property in notarial form.
  

Maintenance fee

The mandatory maintenance fee is fixed for the first 2 years in the amount of 15 Euro/m2 excluding VAT of the total area of the apartment including common parts.
